INDUSTRIAL ARTS IS A FIVE-ACRE WORKING SITE COMPRISING THREE INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS IN MARKHAM. THE UNITS ARE CURRENTLY LEASED BY FABRICATORS, IMPORTERS, PRINT SHOPS, AND OTHER LIGHT INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURERS. AFTER 40 YEARS OF SERVING THIS TENANT BASE, OWNERSHIP IS NOW IN THE HANDS OF THE NEXT GENERATION.
A NEW VISION IS TRANSFORMING INDUSTRIAL ARTS INTO A PLACE FOR ARTISTIC EXPERIMENTATION. WORKING WITH OUR CURRENT TENANTS AND THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY, INDUSTRIAL ARTS AIMS TO CONNECT BUSINESS TO THE ARTS THROUGH KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL EXCHANGE, RESULTING IN UNCONVENTIONAL COLLABORATIONS THAT BENEFIT BOTH ART AND INDUSTRY.
